Regulation Information
This competition is defined as a game of chance and abides by Australian States laws. With Australian states and territories having their own laws regarding competitions and giveaways, not all states and territories will be eligible to enter this competition.
New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Northern Territory, Queensland, Victoria all permit this competition to take place. Entrants in this competition from Western Australian residents are not eligible to enter this competition due the competition not complying to the state laws. This competition in Australia and Australian states is void where prohibited by law.

The winner of the Cup of Tea? Cats vs Dinos vote will receive one copy of the Cup of Tea? game valued at $30 AUD.

Promotion Overview
The Cup of Tea? Cats vs Dinos promotion will start on the 24th of May, 2025 at 7 am and closes on the 25th of May, 2025 at 11:59pm (AUST). Winners are drawn at 10am on the 25th of November 2025 at the promoter’s premises.
The prize will be one copy of Cup of Tea? valued up to MSRP AU$30. One prize will be awarded for the category. If, for any reason, this product is not available the prize will be a game of similar value, which will be decided upon at the promoter's discretion.
Rules of Entry
The promotion is open to Australian citizens or permanent residents. All entrants must be over the age of 18. Applications who do not meet this criteria will not be accepted.
Entry into the competition is automatic upon completion of the Cup of Tea? Cats vs Dinos online survey. Entrants must vote for at least one theme for their vote to be counted. Entry is limited to one per person.
Directors, management, employees, the immediate families of employees, printers, suppliers, providers, agencies and entities who are directly associated with the promotion are not eligible to enter. This includes any staff employed by Seabrook Studios Pty Ltd.
Seabrook Studios Pty Ltd reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion on reasonable grounds. This is not a contest or lottery. It is free to enter. No purchase is necessary to win or participate in the promotion.
To Enter
Participants may enter the promotion by completing the entry form on the Seabrook Studios website.
By taking part in this promotion the applicant acknowledges that they have read and consents to the rules of entry. The applicant gives permission for their personal details (which may include but not be limited to their name/email/contact details) to be added to the Seabrook Studios database and to be contacted by Seabrook Studios in accordance with the Seabrook Studios’ privacy policy. They acknowledge that the information that they have provided is true and accurate.
The start, end and draw date will be as listed above. The draw for this promotion will take place at 7 Bowood Ct, Seabrook, Victoria, 3028.
The winner will be notified by email within approximately 24 hours of the relevant draw. The first eligible entry randomly drawn from all entries received during the promotional period will win the prize. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner of the draw will have their names published on the Seabrook Studios website within approximately 24 hours of the relevant draw and will remain on the website for a minimum of thirty (30) days. All reasonable steps to notify winners will be taken by the Promoter.
If the entrant is ineligible to accept, or declines the prize and any related requirements, the Promoter may draw additional reserve entries until a new winner is found. Each entrant who is drawn must prove their eligibility to accept the prize.
Unclaimed Prize Draw: The promoter may conduct a further draw three (3) months from the original draw date, should the prize not have been claimed. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within 24 hours of the relevant draw. All reasonable steps will be made to notify the winner. The winner of the draw will have their names published on the Seabrook Studios website within seven (7) days of the relevant draw and will remain on the website for a minimum of twenty-eight (30) days. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize conditions: The prize is as stated in the promotion overview above. Any expenses not mentioned as part of the prize are to be considered as not included and are the prize winner’s responsibility. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Variations are not available and prizes must be taken as offered. Should the prize be unavailable a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the promoter's discretion.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax issues that may arise due to the prize winnings and the winner is responsible for the reporting and payment of income tax. The winner is encouraged to seek independent financial advice. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variations.
Any valuations are recommended retail prices including taxes. The valuations listed are based on estimations at the time of the promotion publication and may not reflect the retail price at the time the winner is drawn.
Seabrook Studios will arrange for the prize to be delivered to the winner via courier. The entrant is solely responsible for meeting the legal and safety requirements to use the prize. Any additional costs incurred in the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner agrees to accept and use the prize at their own risk.
Odds of winning: Odds of winning will depend on the total amount of eligible entries received and are not fixed. The promotion is free to enter and the winner will be drawn by chance with all entries being equal.
Access to the promotion: Any costs incurred in accessing the promotion are the responsibility of the entrant. The promoter takes no responsibility for any technical issues, delays or damage incurred while attempting to participate in the promotion.
Publicity: The entrant acknowledges that, in entering this promotion, they give permission for their name to be made public by Seabrook Studios for publicity purposes, for an unlimited amount of time and without remuneration, compensation or further approval.
The Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable consumer guarantee under applicable consumer laws). This includes excluding liability for any loss, damage or injury occurring directly or indirectly from the prize and any related activities. This includes any issues in relation to inaccurate information within the promotion, theft, unauthorised access or third party interference, lost or damaged prizes and/or entries, prize acceptance and use, fraud, misrepresentation or concealment by any person/s connected with this promotion and the procurement of any applicable insurance or in the making of a claim under applicable insurance.
These rules of entry terms and conditions are subject to change at the Promoter's sole discretion. The Promoter reserves the right to change the prizes, the promotion mechanics or cancel the Promotion entirely at any time without any liability or prior notice.
Unforeseen circumstances: The promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time. Should any unforeseen circumstances arise such as, but not limited to, a natural disaster or bankruptcy, the promoter is under no obligation to carry on with the promotion or provide a winner with a prize. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or an emergency, the promoter accepts no responsibility for any loss experienced by entrants in connection to the promotion.
